Hugh, the heart of Four Seasons, has always lived and breathed farming. From his own 3 acre nursery, he grows seasonal vegetables—including the famous Pembrokeshire new potatoes and rare Black Russian tomatoes—ensuring our customers get the freshest produce possible. Our commitment to local farming means you’ll always find something fresh and unique at Four Seasons.
A Family Run Store
Hugh's son, Tudor, is an essential part of the team.
He answers the daily phone calls, takes orders, and answers any questions our customers may have. Tudor also makes most of the deliveries, ensuring that every order arrives fresh and on time.
Jennette, Hugh's wife, manages the Wholesale Catering.
She supplies businesses in the food service industry—including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and event caterers—with timesaving dishes that meet the highest quality standards. Her expertise ensures that local establishments have access to fresh and delicious ingredients.
